Description: Gateway Community Service Board charges based on a sliding fee scale in accordance with Georgia's Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Policy. The fee scale is based on family income and ability to pay. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. Gateway also accepts Medicaid, WellCare, Amerigroup, and some private insurance. Gateway also does not accept referrals but there is an Open Access held every day, Monday-Friday, from 8:30am to 10:00am. Consumers will need to pre-register by calling 1-866-557-9955.
