Description: Our office provides quality in home/community based services to children, teenagers, adults, and families that are identified as high risk, transitioning back into their homes, schools, and communities. Many of these families need crisis interventions and other supportive services. The program is is home, office, school, and community based, and consists of family assessments, individual and family counseling, group therapy, life skills, parenting, CSI, mentoring, and collaboration.
